Terms and Conditions
Eligibility and Ownership: I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and the rightful owner of the Test Strips. I obtained the Test Strips for personal use and not for resale. However, I now have the unrestricted right to sell them to CashMoneyTestStrips.com and affirm that I have not violated any laws in obtaining or selling them.
Adherence to Requirements: Before sending the Test Strips to CashMoneyTestStrips.com, I will ensure they meet all specified requirements outlined in these terms and conditions and any additional requirements posted on the CashMoneyTestStrips.com website.
Condition and Expiration: I understand that CashMoneyTestStrips.com only accepts original, factory-sealed, undamaged, unopened, untampered Test Strips with at least four (4) months until the expiration date. The Test Strips must not have been relabeled, repackaged, or altered in any way.
Safe Storage: I confirm that I have stored the Test Strips in compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications, which are available on their website.
Manufacture Location: The Test Strips were manufactured in the United States. CashMoneyTestStrips.com does not purchase Test Strips from foreign manufacturers.
Over-the-Counter Availability: The Test Strips can be purchased over the counter and do not require a prescription. If my health insurance previously covered them, I have confirmed that there are no restrictions on selling or disposing of them.
Government Programs: The Test Strips have never been covered or reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, or any other government-sponsored healthcare program.
Approved Products: I confirm that the Test Strips are included in the Approved Test Strips list on the CashMoneyTestStrips.com website.
Non-Approved Products: CashMoneyTestStrips.com will not purchase products not listed as Approved Test Strips; no payment will be remitted for such items.
Product Inspection: CashMoneyTestStrips.com reserves the right to reject products that do not meet its requirements. If Test Strips are rejected, I forfeit them and will not receive payment.
Return Policy: Test Strips that meet all conditions will not be returned to me. Eligible Test Strips will be processed within two (2) business days of receipt.
Shipping Time: While most packages are delivered within a week, some may take up to fourteen (14) days.
Package Responsibility: I am responsible for my package until it is received by CashMoneyTestStrips.com. CashMoneyTestStrips.com is not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping.
Representation of Value: I understand that CashMoneyTestStrips.com has not represented the value of the Test Strips.
Liability: CashMoneyTestStrips.com and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages beyond the final lease. Review the following terms and conditions carefully before selling your blood glucose test strips (referred to herein as “Test Strips”) to CashMoneyTestStrips.com. By sending your Test Strips to CashMoneyTestStrips.com, you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please refrain from sending or shipping your Test Strips to CashMoneyTestStrips.com.
