What is considered Mint?
Boxes with no scratches, dings, stains, or any damage are considered just like new.
What is considered Dinged?
At Cashmoneyteststrips, we maintain high-quality standards when purchasing test strips. While we primarily seek items in mint condition, we also accept boxes with minor imperfections, provided they are free from stains. Acceptable minor damages include small tears, dents, or crushes no larger than the size of a dime. Any box that meets these criteria can be purchased at a discounted rate. To ensure full transparency and avoid any confusion, we encourage you to send us pictures of your items before shipping. We will promptly assess their condition and inform you of the offer.
What is considered Damaged?
The lowest tier we accept is damaged boxes. These may have tears larger than a dime or very tiny tears on multiple sides, but no damage to the expiration date. In some cases, small, removable stains are acceptable.
To ensure clarity and transparency, we highly recommend that you send us pictures of your items if they meet any of these criteria. This will help us provide a more accurate price assessment for your boxes. In cases of damaged boxes, a picture is especially important for an accurate evaluation.
What is considered Severely Damaged?
Items in this condition cannot be accepted under any circumstances. This includes boxes that are open, have stains larger than a quarter, tears on multiple sides larger than a quarter, broken seals, or crushed packaging. For these items, we offer two options: we can return them to you at your expense, or we can donate them to a facility named Insulin for Life.
To maintain transparency and avoid any misunderstandings, we encourage you to send us pictures of your items before shipping. This allows us to give you an accurate price assessment and ensures that we are on the same page regarding the condition of your test strips. We honor and respect every customer, and our goal is to build lasting relationships based on trust and clarity.

Who is responsible for products damaged or lost during shipment and transit?
To help guarantee the safety of your items, especially for first-time shippers, we recommend using our mailing kit. Our mailing kit includes bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and a sturdy box to provide maximum protection during transit. Proper packaging is crucial because if items arrive damaged, we may need to donate them, which is not beneficial for either party, though it goes to a good cause. We are committed to doing our part to ensure the safe arrival of your products.
To ensure the utmost protection and transparency, we recommend uploading photos of your items before shipping during the checkout process. This step is crucial because it provides proof to insurance companies in case the items are damaged in transit. We provide insurance with USPS, and having documented evidence of the item’s condition before shipping helps us and you when filing claims with USPS.
We have established clear condition tiers:
1. Mint Condition: Boxes with no scratches, dings, stains, or any damage. These items are considered just like new.
2. Dinged Condition: Boxes with minor imperfections, such as small tears, dents, or crushes, each no larger than the size of a dime. No stains are accepted in this category.
3. Damaged Boxes: Boxes with tears larger than a dime or very tiny tears on multiple sides, but no damage to the expiration date. Small, removable stains are occasionally acceptable. Small stains that may be removable are also considered damaged because we are not sure if they can be removed.
